ABOUT US
Hello! We are the Broner Family - Paul, Monica and our three kiddos - owners and operators of Still Waters Farm. We bought the farm shortly after Paul retired from the Army following 21 years of service. Paul was born and raised in the Ozarks of Oklahoma and joined the Army right after high school. Monica grew up on the prairies of north central South Dakota and also enlisted in the Army after graduation. We met and married at Fort Knox, Kentucky. Monica left the Army after seven years, went to college, worked and supported Paul through the rest of his time in service.
While we loved traveling the world, we longed to put down roots and establish a homestead for our family. Settling in southwestern Missouri was a natural choice given the fact that both of Paul's parents grew up just west of our farm in Fordland and Marshfield. We are grateful and blessed to call the Ozarks our forever home.
Through a lot of hard work, the Pumpkin Patch opened in the Fall of 2017; and we have been blessed to steadily grow each year since. We work year-round to add on, expand and improve our attractions and homestead. In the Spring of 2021, we opened the farm for private events, with plans to expand our open season even more as time and resources allow.
We are constantly amazed at the beauty we find in our land and love sharing it with our customers. Our beautiful farm is located in Eastern Laclede County. We are just one mile west of the Gasconade River Bridge on Historic Route 66. We look forward to meeting you!
